How to Use
For warm compression heat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, take out and shake the flex seed and then continue heating in 30 second increments until desired you've reached the desired temperature.
For cold compression place in a freezer ziplock or airtight container. Leave in freezer until you've reached the desired temperature.
