Returns & Refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Sent with your receipt or proof of purchase

To Start a Return
Email us at customercare@stonecityfarm.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Haven't Seen Your Refund?
Check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and your bank. Refunds can take some time to post. If you still don't see it, email us at customercare@stonecityfarm.com.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items can't be refunded.

Gift cards can't be returned.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email a photo and your order number to customercare@stonecityfarm.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement. There's no need to mail the item back.

If the item was marked as a gift when it was bought and shipped straight to you, you'll get a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we'll mail you a gift certificate.

If it wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund goes to the gift giver, and they'll know about the return.

You pay the shipping cost to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over $75, we suggest a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.

Soap Making and Candle Making
Full refunds are given for cancellations made seven or more days before the event. To reschedule, email customercare@stonecityfarm.com at least 48 hours before your class. No-shows are not refunded. If the 48-hour minimum isn't met, or for no-shows, the ticket can't be transferred to another class.

Goat Yoga
Goat Yoga tickets are nonrefundable. Class transfers are available with 48 hours' notice.

Choose Local Pickup at checkout and pick up your order at Stone City Farm Store Tenino, 297 Sussex Avenue West, Tenino, WA 98589. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Pickup is during store hours:
Thursday–Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday–Wednesday: Closed

We hold pickup orders for 7 days. If an order isn't picked up, we'll send a reminder email, and on day 7 the order is canceled and refunded.
