We ship swiftly – no kidding around! Your order will typically head out within 1-2 business days. Once it's en route, we'll send you a confirmation email complete with tracking info and an expected arrival date.
Keep in mind that during peak periods like holidays or promotions, shipping might take 2-7 business days.
ORDER PROBLEMS
We do our best, but every now and then, an incorrect size, fragrance, or item might sneak into your shipment. Our team consists of genuine (and super friendly) folks who handle packing, and slip-ups can occur. No worries! Just contact us at customercare@stonecityfarm.com including your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we'll rush the correct items to you right away.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Should any item show up cracked or harmed, snap a picture and email it to us at customercare@stonecityfarm.com along with your order number. We'll gladly dispatch a new one. The photo helps us process an insurance claim.
