Sarah Gaden has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Originally from Texas, Sarah and her family landed in Tenino, Washington after 6 years of traveling the world. Sarah decided to share her love of yoga with her new community so she completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Instructor Certification course in Olympia, Washington in April 2017.
Sarah primarily teaches a gentle yoga class that is perfect for everyone. Her classes combine Hatha and Yin postures in a slow and mindful way with the primary focus on breathing and physical awareness with plenty of time for goat snuggles! After this whole body and mind practice, you will leave feeling relaxed, renewed and with a sense of overall well-being. Sarah is the wife of an ER nurse, a mother of 2 boys, and too many animals to count. She has a passion for flying, adventure, travel, baking and homesteading.
