I just want to say I purchased a soap and a big size lotion. But when I was going to use it I noticed that the lotion pump was broken and when I went to open the bottle to figure what was going on with the pump why it didn’t work I also noticed that the lotion bottle was half way full was so disappointed because the product ( lotion ) in its self is awesome. But the packaging process was bad. I wonder if I got the test bottle!!!!!! Now I Am scared if I go to order more I will get the a defective product with my order.
